It wasn’t a five star hotel but honestly for the price and location it was for me. We were over there to shop at the galleria and it was extremely close to everything we wanted and needed so why waste our coin on an expensive fancy hotel. It was safe well lit and not noisy at night ( I had a toddler and baby and room was big enough for a playpen with more than enough room)

I never ate the breakfast but the staff was great prompt to fix any issues and always very helpful. Mehak the lady at the front desk was especially helpful, always greeted me with a smile, and made sure the stay was as perfect as it could be.

It was good, the only thing is that when it was time to check out which we did between 8am-8:30am no one was at the front. A member of the kitchen staff said someone was supposed to be there at 7am and he said no one had shown up.

I just loved the lady at the desk. Ashh is such a sweetheart and so accommodating to every guest I see her interact with. She truly makes the stay as enjoyable and problem free as possible.

I reserved another week. The rooms are very spacious and family friendly. Hot breakfast is always a plus because I have teenager's. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
